Let's Get Our Train On...UGH!!!!!!!!

After editing my preschool praise & worship video, Matt M. summed it up perfectly when he said, "You were not blessed with a filter."
This girl should never be allowed to ad lib ANYTHING!
Please tell me I did not say, "Now, we're going to get our train on...chugga chugga OH YEAH!" I'm so embarrassed!

hilarious...i had a horrible moment once too. i develop curriculum and a while ago (back when i was new at this stuff) i sent a kindergarten math workbook to the printers without having someone else proof it for me (new eyes ALWAYS a good thing). well it was printed and distributed to the families to keep at home for "home work" assignments. we started getting really interesting phone calls at the private school i was working for, there were whispers and giggles in the hallway the morning after a certain page was assigned and it happened 11 more times that school year.

apparently spell check does not pick up on profanity and i had left the letter O out of the word count 11 ELEVEN times.

not good.

luckily MOST of the parents thought it was funny, and since the kids weren't actually READING the math book but FOLLOWING direction from the parents it all worked out ok.

life's little lessons...brought to you by the letter O.

Did I ever tell you about the time I had to speak to a group of 200+ people at church and opened my talk with a Whoopie Cushion?

Yeah, the pastor was hoping I had some sort of filter then too.

I cannot watch this at school (blocked) but I cannot wait til I get home to see it. We are now done with the wedding, other than paying some bills and so I am thrilled about that. I am eager to catch up. It was fun seeing your mom's pic on your blog.
