Deep Thoughts by EE

(Deep for me, anyway;)

You break up your friends into 3 groups:
1. Social Only
2. Close Casuals
3. Inner Circle

Your "Inner Circle" friends are those closest to you. Those who know your deepest darkest secrets and like you anyway.
They are your friends (not counting family) who would be most likely to cry at your funeral.
I can count 3 who would probably shed a tear if I died.
Does anyone else out there think about things like this, or am I just weird?

I hate to admit it but I think like this, too. I have divided family into the same groups. Try that if you really want to lose it.

Other people DO think of it. Or maybe I am weird too?

so are you going to expound on the other groups? I agree with what you wrote so far. We do classify our friends like that.

I do think of things like this and want to tell you that, while I'm not sure where I fit in your list do know two definite things. I'm not in the inner circle BUT I would cry at your funeral - seriously.

Hey, I've already thought about my funeral "guest list". Making you look good here with that confession. Anyway, I think it's totally normal to consider our friends devotion in "odd ways". Oh atleast I hope it is. If not... save me a place in the mental ward will ya? ~Karlie

You're not weird. Everyone thinks of that, whether they admit it or not. I've thought about it, but not too much as I don't want to jinx anything.

That? Is weird :)

Yes, my frind, you are weird.

And you are the wonderful weird person God made you to be.

I think about those things too. But I don't want anyone to cry at my funeral. I want them to celebrate and rejoice in knowing that I have gone home to be with the bestest friend anyone could ever have and also have faith in knowing we'll all be together one day for the most awesomest party the universe has ever seen. Jesus and Alpha Dude are in the House!

Blessings.

I think this all the time. But since I have so much family around me, I think their crying might make others cry from proximity. Isn't that a morbid thought?

You are definitely not wierd. I wonder all the time "if I were to die tomorrow, who would actually show up to my funeral?" I have a tendency to think this because the people that I think are close friends and I would do anything for always seem to be the ones that will leave me hanging in a desperate situation. Pretty sad.

You know that even though we don't see each other all the time anymore, I still consider you as knowing me better than anyone else. I know I would cry a lot if you died. It makes me sad just thinkin about it. So stop it! And how long ago WAS college? Marshall is really not so far away!
