Hi-Ya!

Because life wasn't busy enough, we had to add this (3 classes a week) to the mix...

HH encourages the kids show me all the new self-defense techniques learned in class. It's comforting to know that Reilly & Griff could probably escape the hold of an abductor, but is it really necessary for them to practice the foot stomp on their own mother???

No, that was uncalled for... HH maybe but definitely not you!

I am sure they did not hold back, either!

Love your new look!!

Seriously...how DO you cram all the stuff the kids have going on? I'd get confused at some point and bring the wrong kids to the wrong activities.

You all are SO busy!! I think it's great, though, that HH is doing something with the kids. Do you and S get to stay home and relax during at least one of those classes?

Awesome!

Diggin' the new look.

Hope they enjoy the karate classes.
I also hope you encourage them to stay with it.

It is a lot of fun.
They learn a lot more than just how to defend themselves.

Yes, we did Taikwando [family class] for one semester [twice a week] It was great to be able to do something all together [and in public!]
