Cougar Camp

Last week, Sydney was busy with soccer camp. She and fellow friends and teammates spent the week doing whatever it is that kids do at soccer camp. The only thing I heard about (in great detail) was the cafeteria, and how WONDERFUL the food was.
If I weren't so secure in my cooking, I'd be a little offended;)
Anyway, thought I'd share a few photos...

is athleticism inbred? because i really NEED to know how to get my child more motivated that way. seriously. the child is THE most sedentary 13 year old i have EVER seen. NO matter what we suggest.
everything from guitar lessons, to sports, to karate... you name it... she just wants to stay home...or shop.

I remember going off to sports camps when I was younger, and I thought that cafeteria food was the BEST. What do you mean? I can pick what I want? And I can have as much as I want? Okay, so maybe that's still exciting to me.

On a side note, fantastic photography. I do much better with stills and architecture. Mostly because they don't move.

This reminds Bossy of summers during her childhood. Minus the sports, camp, and delicious cafeteria food.

How confident can you be in your cooking? You just asked me to show you how to make a baked potato! But then, I do make an awesome potato! I'll have you over and we'll cook an entire meal! p.s. that means NOT sliding something out of a box and into the oven!! Love you!

If you ever need a post idea you can post your camera/picture taking tips. You always get it right. Good lighting and the like.
